Great place to eat Japanese food on a Wednesday night. Thought it was not going to be crowded, but got there at 5 and when I got my salad, all the tables were full. I can see why, it was delicious. If I go on Friday next time, I'm going to get a reservation.

Party of 3 with no reservations. The service was great today. The bartender was very knowledgeable about the libations that were in stock and quite the mixologist. We were seated in a timely fashion and were promptly asked about refreshment preferences. The staff who took the orders did not fail to mention the specials located on the back of the menu. Everyone present appeared to be having a good time and enjoying not only the food but the skilled chef tricks. Keep up the great work, consistency is key. 👏 👏 👏

Honestly disappointed with my experience this evening. Called at 5:00 when they opened to put my name ahead and I was told no because there wouldn’t be a wait when we got there. I said can I just put my name down but they said I didn’t need to. Got there and had to wait 15 minutes to get a table. Get to the table and there isn’t enough chairs for our party of 3. Then we had to wait again for another table. The server took our order & brought out the soup before the drinks? The cook was really friendly & the food was good. But we were waiting for refills & had to ask another server and she even apologized because she couldn’t find our waitress. The food finished and at this point we had been there for almost 2 hours and just ready to go so we asked if we could just go ahead and have some boxes and she said give her a couple of minutes so she could greet her other party. Just not good service especially have being there for almost 2 hours. Not worth the $100. If the gratuity is going to be included at least guarantee that the service is going to be good!!!!!

After years of hearing great things about their Greensboro location, we finally made our first visit to Arigato in Winston-Salem. Even on a busy weekend with a 30-minute wait, the experience was well worth it. The service was impressively speedy and attentive throughout our meal. The hibachi chef was a true highlight, providing a fun, high-energy performance with more tricks and flair than we’ve seen at similar steakhouses. The food was delicious and had that wonderful, charred "wok hei" flavor that really sets it apart. While the final taste can vary depending on which chef is assigned to your table, our meal was excellent. Pricing is in an acceptable mid-range—not exactly "cheap," but fair for the quality and show. Logistically, be prepared for a crowd. While the parking lot is quite large, it fills up almost instantly during the dinner rush, and many guests have to use the overflow parking. One thing we particularly loved was the authentic Japanese decor in the entrance and waiting areas; it creates a beautiful, immersive atmosphere from the moment you walk in.

Pleasantly Pleased! If it’s been a while since you’ve eaten here give them another try. It had been a while for us I will admit & I wasn’t quite sure how it would be. Would the portions be too small? How would the service be? How long will the wait be? Will we even get in? To my surprise our portions were enough! The service was perfect. As soon as we walked in & up to the desk the manager greeted my husband & assured us we would be taken care of. The wait was not long at all, maybe 7 minutes. Arigatos 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Thank you P.S. I had eaten a lot before I took the picture.
